How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to support@paypanda.in from the email address associated with your account. Include your username and a request to delete your account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Processing Time

We strive to process account deletion requests promptly. Typically, your account will be deleted within 30 business days of receiving your request.

Upon Successful Account Deletion

• Your personal data will be permanently removed from our primary systems.
• Data stored in backups may be retained for 120 days for operational and compliance reasons but will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
• Any content you have shared publicly (e.g., comments, posts) may remain visible to other users but will be anonymized.

Impact of Deletion

• You will lose access to all services and features associated with your account.
• Any subscriptions or purchases linked to your account will be terminated, and no refunds will be provided as per our refund policy.
• Data deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any data.

Revoking Consent

If you change your mind after requesting account deletion but before the process is completed, contact us immediately at support@paypanda.in. Once the deletion process is finalized, it cannot be undone.
